Coral and craft beer are different choices

Coral is Madeira’s widely available regional lager. The linked Beerhouse ranges add documented wheat, IPA and dark styles. This describes styles, not a tasting score: current taps and bottles can change, so check the live menu before travelling for one beer.

For west and north coast drinks, choose the return first

For Porto Moniz or Paúl do Mar, verify the last usable connection before ordering, arrange a taxi or designated driver, or stay nearby. Do not assume there will be a late bus.

Use the focused drink guides for poncha and wine, the food guide for dinner, and the car-free guide for the daytime journey.
