Freshness

What we checked, and when

Every dated claim on this site, the day it was last verified, and how often it is meant to be checked again.

Being right matters only if you can tell when we last looked. Competing pages quote Cabo Girão at €2, €3 and €5 — all three were correct once. This page is how you judge whether to trust ours.

The site as a whole is no fresher than its stalest fact: July 25, 2026.

How this is put together

These dates are not typed here by hand. They are read from the same records the pages themselves use, so this cannot quietly drift out of step with what you are being told elsewhere. Each subject shows its OLDEST verification, never its newest — a subject is exactly as fresh as its stalest fact, and averaging would make this page flattering and useless.

Why the intervals differ

Viewpoint fees are checked most often because that is where the moat is: both Cabo Girão rises arrived as October regulations taking effect on 1 January, so a November check catches the next one before anybody travels. Wine and poncha are checked least often because they rest on legislation from 2015 and a protected name registered in 2008. Law moves slowly; prices do not.
